Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of the Senovo website and to orders, quotes and purchases of Senovo products. By using the website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability, pricing and website information current and accurate. However, errors, omissions or changes may occur. Product images are illustrative and colours may display differently between devices. Product specifications, carton configuration, availability and lead times are confirmed in the applicable product listing, checkout, quote or order confirmation.
We may update, suspend or withdraw website content, products, pricing or features at any time, subject to obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
Quotes, prices and orders
A trade quote is an invitation to place an order unless it expressly says otherwise. A quote is subject to the stated validity period, product availability, agreed delivery location and any conditions shown in the quote.
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and any applicable discounts will be shown at checkout or set out in a quote or invoice. If there is an obvious pricing, availability or administrative error, we may correct it and will contact you if that affects an order. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, delivery cannot reasonably be arranged, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected or there is another reasonable operational reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund for the unfulfilled amount.
Payment
Payment must be made by the method and at the time shown at checkout, in a quote or on an invoice. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information. Where a credit or trade account is approved, the agreed written account terms govern payment timing and credit limits.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy and to the delivery terms in the applicable quote, invoice or checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed time in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, site access and contact details are accurate and suitable for delivery.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request a return, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, submit misleading information or use the website for an unlawful purpose. You must not reproduce, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit website content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Senovo name, branding, website design, images, copy, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to Senovo. You may view and use the website for legitimate business and purchasing purposes. No other rights are granted without written permission.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Senovo excludes liability for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability may be limited by law, our liability is limited to the remedies permitted by law.

Changes, law and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies to future use and transactions from its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory that applies to the relevant transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
